Lean Coffee Facilitation

Lean Coffee sessions turn sticky notes into powerful conversations. A flexible, engaging format where participants choose what to discuss.

Structured conversations without a rigid agenda in a Lean Coffee session.

During Lean Coffee, participants suggest and vote on the themes to be discussed by the group.

About this presentation

When people gather to share knowledge, all they need is a little structure to make it productive. That’s the spirit of Lean Coffee – a flexible, participant-driven format where everyone has a voice, and every topic is on the table.

In this session, Fabrício guides participants through a simple but powerful process:
They write down discussion topics on sticky notes, place them on a board, and vote on the ones they care most about. We then discuss the top-voted topics one by one, in short time blocks, deciding together whether to continue or move on.

The facilitator manages the flow, keeps track of time, encourages balanced participation, and synthesizes key takeaways. The result is a high-energy, time-boxed exchange of ideas where everyone feels heard, and the group learns what truly matters to them.

Lean Coffee is ideal for workshops, retrospectives, or conference breakouts. It works best when the goal is to listen, explore, and adapt in real time – not just deliver content.
