BACCM – Business Analysis Core Concept Model

The essence of Business Analysis as defined by IIBA in the BABOK Guide.

The Business Analysis Core Concept Model defines the essential vocabulary for a basic understanding of any Business Analysis task, regardless of perspective, industry, methodology, or level where it is applied in an organization.

In its original version, the BACCM had nouns and verbs, but during the evolution of the BABOK Guide version 3, the verbs were left out.

This short video presents these concepts and their relation to each other.
