A practical musical experience to learn how to manage product knowledge in a reusable way.
About this presentation
A product (any product) is created through multiple iterations of improvements. Waterfall approaches call them projects. Agile methods call them sprints or cycles and try to keep them smaller. During those iterations, some information is created to guide the development team on what must be done, other information must be part of the product, saved in a knowledge base for reuse.
Using music, dance, and audience engagement, this Flash Workshop demonstrates in 15 minutes how project and product information must be managed in any organization.
Learning Objectives
- Understand the difference between project and product lifecycles.
- Experiment a product development in multiple iterations.
- Segregate knowledge bases.
- Have some fun in the process.
